well its no different for doing commercials clothing lines ,perfumes ,colgnes that big well known stars do when they are already multi millionaires yet they try and use there popularity by saying buy the product even if they dont believe it .....So if someone could afford to give them 16 million can you imagine what they madeBlackheart said:
Hey guys, was just cruising and catching up on some reading and thought I would respond to this old thread, since this is part of my "straight life" that put me into retirement.
If any of you were at Suzie's party, what a blast huh? And thanks for coming out. I'm here to tell ya, that Suzie had a great time, loved all the gifts and meeting everyone, and yes, she has even read the comments on a lot of the message boards, including this one. She particularly had a laugh over the idea of her, Deanna and Jessica forming a trio named MINX. You never know, you just may see it, but it will be her, Deanna, and Tara.
Suzie is on her way back from LA tomorrow, where she has been singing background vocals on the new INXS album, songwriting for her solo album, and generally enjoying the sunshine. She's on the bill for the Toronto Women in Blues Review at Massey Hall next month and there are some other gigs being booked as I type.
Thanks for the support everyone, and watch for more Suzie soon.
P.S. and to my old buddies who have written some lovely things in the retirement thread, I still love you all and am doing fine and will always carry the fondest of memories of our times together. And you still fuel more than the occasional fantasy in this office girl's life (almost said working girl, but that somehow just doesn't work here.)
