Richard Belzer , best known for playing Det. John Munch on Homicide: Life on the Street and Law and Order SVU, has passed at 78, after a period of declining health.

I remember him originally from a cable show he did called ''Hot Properties''. He had Hulk Hogan on one episode and Hogan actually choked Belzer unconscious in a display of a wrestling technique. A standing guillotine if I recall right. A real douche move by Hogan I might add.
