the judge gave him 10 years probation... in Newport Rehab ...a fucking country club...horse back riding on wednesday..MMA training on friday..

two years earlier the same judge gave a black teen 10 years in juvenille detention, and a possible term in adult prison ..... he was 14 and struck a man in the face( who then fell to the ground and hit his head and later died).

I beleive the max was 20 years in a juveline detention center until he turned 21.

OK then the Judge should have sentenced him to the five years in a Juvenile Prison followed by the probation.
