I talked to the PK lady but she couldn't understand my side and said I can get 20 bucks back which I decided not to take back. It wasn't about money but the quality if service. This was my worst experience with PK by far. I will think twice before booking with PK.

Thanks for the kind words. I want to mention here that I have been a big fan of PK and in the past I posted things in their defence when others were saying wrong things about PK. If PK fix this I will always want to be their permanent client. So i have nothing against them.

Yikes, thanks for TOFTT Vs_81. In general I understand the business rationale for not allowing a client to reduce the time booked after a session has started (a client can possibly be no longer be in the mood after 1 sog), but in this case where the provider does not permit msog, an exception should have been made. More importantly, if the provider does not allow msog, then the booking person should make the client abundantly aware of that if they book an hour appt.
Just want to clarify that I took 10 minutes in first shot, the session was already half an hour in progress when she started dressing up. So it wasn't 10 minutes session but half hour one.

I am aware of the situation, and I wanted to clarify things from our perspective as I was informed so bear with me.
This situation happened yesterday, and from what I heard it was 40-45 mins into the session. After you had your shot on goal, because of the timing, she thought you were done and she quickly washed up, as per your request.
You wanted a second run at it and she felt it wasnt possible. After speaking with Lisa, she felt it was fair only to charge you for the 45 min rate and gave you the difference back.
I think that was a fair solution. Again to blame our agency for a lady's behaviour isn't fair as we are not her keeper, or controller. It's too bad because we actually got some really great feedback about her from some clients. Hopefully some of them will pipe up and balance out the review. Please don't get me wrong, I really appreciate your feedback and I understand your point of view. She did mention she will do msog, but it has to be within common sense. If it happened within 20 mins then it makes sense. At 40-45mins it really is pushing the limits of what can be possible.

Just for the correction of records, she was with me for half hour and she herself said it was 35 mins not considering the fact that she went to washroom before starting the session. Another thing I wanted to set the record straight is she said "she never does 2sog in an hour appointment" no mention of remaining time. Even the PK lady I talked to said many Montreal girl don't do more than one. So it was clear that she doesn't do msog. Can anybody claim here that he got 2sog from this lady in one hour, if nobody comes forward that means she is just lieing for her sake.

Jason, if Lisa got the call at 5:42, and let's adjust for the fact that the lady needed time to get dressed, time to discuss the issue and then phone, we must have been at 5:35 no later when the session ended. If this isn't enough time for a 2SOG what is? I think clearly the information supports a half hour appointment and you should have accept that and may a decision to support the half hour rate.
I have to say, I am more inclined to support the client view in this case in terms of when the session ended, since Jason is taking zero consideration into the time between the session and the phone call, which obviously cannot be zero. Anyways, I think that there is enough information that we can make our judgement about Samya.
