Hard enough to book at this agency in the first place let alone get your original appointment taken by someone else and being left with calling someone else, that was what happened earlier in the week trying to book another lady. Friday afternoons are busy for a lot of agencies and this place is already busy so booking an hour was a waste and I really should have booked the half as there were many restrictions regarding this ultra-safe GFE.
