Review of Natalie/Allure

I had the pleasure of meeting with Natalie from Allure last night. As you regular "Londonites" advised, I relied on Lauren's recommendation and I was quite pleased. Natalie is 21, about 5'7", and of "proportional build".

At the request of the ladies, I won't go into all of the details, but Natalie and I had a rockin' good time and I was sorry to see her go. (By the way, Natalie, you forgot your hair brush... it's at the front desk!)

The arrangements were handled professionally, with a minimum of fuss. Lauren was aware of the fact that I was a member of Terb... perhaps I got preferential treatment, but I have the feeling that this is her regular "modus operendi".

Would I repeat? Absolutely!

As far as the other, she was fired for reasons that I can
just not have going on at my service for the clients sake.
I do type slower than I think , so a few key words
get left out. Proof reading at the end of the night does not always
work, I am more tired than I realize I guess,

That is not necessary

She was fired for reasons that have nothing to do with her job
performance. If you read over the posts I do say I was
disappointed in her as well, and she was fired for doing something that would affect the clients and the service.
You would think you could respect I do not talk badly even when
I am pushed. Also that I keep the discression of my staff to the
point where I would not disclose why she was fired,
but just that it was best, and to let him know she is no longer
employed here, so he can know and not be inconvienced.
Why make a comment about a service you have not even
called, and have no information to base your comment on.
It is not necessary, you do not know what I would fire
someone for. Why would you NOT assume it was for
something that would get you fired from
any job, like stealing, not respecting customers, drugs,
drinking or not showing up for work.
I do not usually respond to this type of post, but
read some reviews about my service, I try to run a
business like any other would be run. Where everyone's
interests are the valid and looked after. Would you go back to your doctor if your personal information was disclosed, or you were treated improperly? Neither would I. So try to give some of us a break, this industry is not easy. There are added stress levels and commenting for the sake of it does not help.
I will not hold it against you, maybe you were just trying to make
a harmless joke and did not realize.

I thought you wrote far too much in your first post, and now you make another one going on about your firing of Natalie.

The decent thing to have done is to just say she is no longer with Allure. After all, she is not on TERB to defend herself.

Instead you say, in a public forum, that you fired her, and the reasons were serious enough that you would not give her a second chance.

Am I the only one who finds this highly provocative?

Guys, Lauren writes her posts similar to the way she screens her new employees.... very thorough and extensive. I for one think she's completely justified in posting anything she feels relevant to her business. Give her a break...

And deedles.. why do you call overly-positive reviews Spam... do you even know it's definition? Spam is unsolicited, usually commercial, E-mail sent to a large number of addresses. If you dont believe me.. look it up on an online dictionary.

And PaulWaters.. let's try and keep the cheap shots out of here.
Lauren is a real sweetheart and makes sure Allure is far and above the best agency in London and area.

Boy, someone wants a free session at Allure! I'm not sure if sticking up for Lauren will win you any points, SoundGuyJames.

I think Paul Waters is right on the money. You don't come into a public forum and write about your employees. Nothing needs to be said, except for the fact that she isn't working anymore.

Furthermore, this is a review board, not an advertising board. Lauren posted two threads yesterday about her agency, and they were immediately taken away by the administrator because they were more like advertisements. Most of her threads or responses are simply selling her company. The owners should stay out of it. This board is for clients to post reviews, so that other potential clients can find relevant information about different girls, and use this board as a way to find a good, quality lady that they will get along with.

And just for your information, SPAM on this review board means exactly what I said. You don't post an amazing review on someone with your first post. There is absolutely no credibility. Did you read the review?Go check the Toronto massage section, and you can ask the boys what SPAM means to us.

Hey Deedles, you and your friends in the TO section can call reviews any term you want... but i belong to boards of all natures and i've NEVER heard over-positive reviews referred to as spam.. but hey if you and your friends can relate to the term... great, use it... while you're at it why not call cars, dogs. I think you need to spend a little less time on the board and a little more time in the real world.

But you wanna know what.... your opinion is no more or less valid than mine or anyone elses on this board and there's not much you can do about it. All you can do (and do it frequently I might add) is tear up other people's reviews and give your own opinion.

It's great that you agree with PaulWaters.. you both seem to share similar views... but i guarantee it's not the views of everyone participating in the board.

I never called it an over positive review!!! It was a review posted by a lady herself, to help her boost business. That was my point. TERB is a board that is dedicated to social and political issues as they affect the Escort and Massage Industry. What we don't want are people coming on to the REVIEW board, and trying to advertise. If they want to advertise, there are other areas on this website that they can use.

Hi All...

I'm just back from vacation and noticed the activity on this thread. Lauren sent me a PM indicating Natalie had been let go, so that I did not make plans to see her, and then be disappointed. I personally appreciate this "pro-active" customer service approach.

As for Lauren's approach regarding Natalie's dismissal, that clearly is a matter between them, and I think we shouold be satisfied that Lauren is looking out for her client's best interests. I have a feeling that I know what this is about, but it would be inappropriate to speculate publicly.

Lauren, I am sorry Natalie is gone... on the other hand, I look forward to meeting another of your ladies at some point!
