I just want to comment on this.. When someone comes and works with us, the amount that we charge as a commission is up front. Its never hidden, and it is agreed to. In order to offer the level of service that we do, including banner ads, website design, Newspaper ads, a full time receptionist, drive service, hotel bookings, emails.. and screening and security.. We actually have to charge for that. Most ladies understand that.. And there is no issue.. So what you are saying isnt really valid, because yes perhaps this lady may keep a slightly higher percentage.. But if they are getting nothing for service in return.. she is making far less. Hence she is on her third kick at the cat and trying the indy thing.

In the case of Farah/Julia.. She left on bad terms with us (without giving any details) And we had to let her go .. Even So I do wish her the best, and in her case being an Indy will make her more aware of the realities of the business and will in turn make her a better SP.

To me it seems another way to look at it is how much the lady earns per hour when all her time and expenses are factored in. It takes time (and money) to post ads, take calls and perform screening. An indy charging $250 a session is not making $250 an hour. I find girls that work through agencies long term do so because they have busy lives and only want to put a limited number of hours into being an SP and need to have those hours spent as productively as possible.

I was sort of meant to be funny, but its really the truth.. If it wasnt for agencies.. there would be alot of hairy palms out there.. Its very hard for a lady to answer the phones when she is occupied.. Time management is def the overwhelming benefit with working with an agency..
