Review Brandy of OPG

Well this girl is very cute. We had good conversation but that is where the good ends. I eventually had to initiate the action. She was not into it at all. She just laid there. no kissing, no daty, no digits. She didn't even touch me. During the booking, I asked the phone guy what service she provides and he replied you are only booking for companionship anything else is up to both of us. I should have realised this as most advertisements will list the services provided so why could this guy not tell me on the phone. Unfortunately, my computer was down so I could not research.

I guess it was an hour and the cell phone rang. She said I got to go. I asked if she was serious and she replied, "don't be mad at me".

As cute as she is, I don't think this girl should be in the business and for that matter, I think OPG should be looking at their staff as I don't think I will ever trust them again.

I am sorry you feel that way. Brandy has been with us for about 4-5 months and this is the first negative comment i have heard. We get most of our feed back from e-mails and phone calls. At this time she has the most regulars so I guess she must be doing something right. Keep in mind that all girls not just at OPG but everywhere are YMMV. What would you have liked the guy on the phone to tell you exactly?
He is not the one who is going to see you so how do you expect him or myself to speak for anyone. A lot of agencies say oh yes this girl does this and that and then she does none of the above so what would be the point?

You mentioned the girl left after an hour that is what you payed for 1 hour of her time.
Lets say you go to a garage to fix your car and they charge you 50h so you pay 50 bucks thinking the job will be done in an hour. an hour later the job is still not done it's your choice to take another hour or how many other hours it will be to get the job done. Or did you think because you paid for 1 hour that they should work on your car until the job is done. How many people do you know that will do over time for free.

Well it is what it is. I think I was fair in my post, I did not embelish anything. If Brandy is well reviewed, what was up last Wednesday. I don't think its a YMMV thing (it hasn't been in the past - I was clean, respectful, in shape, not drunk, don't smoke. ok looks) .

If I took my car into the garage, I would expect the mechanic to pick up a wrench within the first hour.

I will add that I have used OPG in the past and have been quite happy. Please take this as constructive crticism. Brandy is a nice girl but service wise, she wasn't on that night. If she was ill, or something else was wrong, it is not fair that she takes bookings when she is not up to it. If there was an issue - let me know.

This is an issue of customer service/satisfaction which should be the priority in this industry. From the previous post, I feel like customer satisfaction is not the philosphy at OPG. Instead of trying to rationalize the actions taken, why not take steps to improve.

Not being an outcall kind of guy, I've never used OPG or seen Brandy for that matter. But just wanted to put in my 2 cents in the respect that a mechanic is not put into personal jeapordy every time a new car comes into the shop, and a certain car will not give a mechanic the creeps for no reason that is apparent to the car owner.

Given the personal nature of the services being provided, this can be a very emotionally taxing job for the ladies. And no matter how good you look or smell, or how polite you are, there will inevitably be that one girl who is inexplicably uncomfortable with your presence. It's nothing against you, it happens to the best of us. Thus the acronym "YMMV"

It's easy for us, as the client, to think of this as any other business, and it's easy enough for us to expect the same kind of customer service that we're used to with any other business. What we often seem to forget (and I'm sorry to say that I've been as guilty of this as anyone else) is that the "product" in this case is a human being. I'm not making excuses for her, as I've said, I've never seen her. Just trying to give a different point of view I guess.
