In the RC web site there is a service to create called My Account.

it say:
"To access My Account for the first time, you will be asked to register for a Government of Canada epass and a CRA Security Code will be mailed to your address on record with CRA"

Does anybody have one here, if so how long did it take to get activated?
Do you need this if you are going to use those Quick Softwares to file you taxes?

Takes a couple of weeks to get your epass mailed to you.
No, you only need an access code (it is different) to netfile your taxes. If this wasn't mailed to you, just call 1-800-714-7257 to get it. You will have to provide them with basic information (likely your 2006 net income) to get it since you have no epass yet.
