Restaurants with Topless Waitresses

I've seen this in movies and TV shows on occasion, but curious to see if there's an actual retaurant like this somewhere in the world.

I know you could easily HIRE a service to do topless-waitressing at a place, but that's more like a one-time event you'd do and it'd cost you a crazy amount. What I'm thinking of is like an actual bar where the waitresses casually walk around topless.

In Japan yes for sure. I be surprised if other Asian countries do not have the same.
Fetish events in Toronto yes. Sex clubs with bar yes (as well as naked etc)
Playboy clubs where they still exist, sometime so I have heard.
Some bars in Toronto during certain events have done so in the past. There was a no achol strip club on Young at one time that was far different than standard since the laws where different with no alcohol but that was 20 years ago.

If such a place exists, I would be glad to give them my money The cooks & bar staff should be fully clothed please, but I'd have no problems with the waitstaff being topless. As they should, I'm sure a generous gratuity would be automatically added to every patron's bill.
