Restaurants and bars in downtown Toronto with the best eye candy?

Any suggestions on where the best eye candy (waitresses, bar staff, patrons) is in downtown Toronto that serves decent food? I'm guessing it's going to be the chains like Earls, Cactus, Joeys, JA's??

Kelly's Landing at Front & York wasn't bad a year ago.
I haven't hit any bars downtown lately, so maybe I'll check out a few priors soon.

There used to be a pub on Beaver Creek Richmond Hill called the Tilted Kilt, not only did the staff wear short kilts but also tilted short tops.

I've been in the one on Esplanade, not much to see.

Wingporium Port Credit has a nice patio to keep an eye on who walks by.
A nice crews of eye candy servers and bar keeps
Good wings and beer, with lots on tap too
And usually free on or off street parking
What more to ask for in my end of town?

Tilted Kilt on Esplanade is closed. There is a Hooters on Richmond still open.

One blonde kept walking by and bending over the food order terminal and I was hoping to get a glimpse of her thong (my imagination). Lol. The client base, not so much.

The good thing about downtown is Cactus Club, Earls, Joeys, Moxies and Landing are all close to each other so if there’s nothing at one, then you can walk to the others.

I find the The Keg usually has some cuties. Pretty much all locations across Ontario I have been to.
In The Junction area of Toronto, Indie Alehouse and Hole in the Wall bars used to have some nice looking servers. Currently they have none.
The servers are tatted up, and downright unattractive. Would be more suited to working in a car repair shop.

Been a number of years, but Moxie's used to be great for this. The bar maids there new how to pander to male clients as well.

Moxie's isn't really big in Vancouver so I think I've only gone there once and it wasn't really memorable. However, we might have to poke our heads in for a drink when in TO just to check it out.

We made it out to Kelly's Landing today pregame and it hit the right notes in terms of staff eye candy.

I have been to the Keg in Esplanade and North York both had good action / eye candy on a Thursday & Friday. However the Brass Rail would be the best eye candy IMO.
