No she didn't. The story I read said that they were to distracted trying to stop and see what happened to the puppy (understandable) to get plate #.

I'm glad they got him, but the problem is what will happen to him. The Ontario laws are very weak. Most likely a slap on the wrist. They really should throw him out of a truck. Too Bad!
