About 7 years ago I used to frequent a now closed MP on Dufferin where I met an MPA withwhom I enjoyed the full extent of her services. She manager when the boss was away, and in an expansive mode become the mammasan of a new venture in the Yonge/Bloor area @ 8 Irwin Street.

As this was close to work I would see her quite regularly. This place was only given a years lease, and this girl moved up to the Yonge/Lawrence area for a while. Upon its demise, we lost contact. This was about 4 years ago.

Lo and behold, 3 days ago, while at a suburban bakery, there she was, all dressed in bakers whites, looking older, fatter, dowdier and at first unfamiliar.

Then I heard the voice, and looked at her name tag. Had I been alone I'm sure an interesting conversation would ensue. She clearly recognised me, and so only the slyest of smiles were exchanged.

I'm toying with the idea of returning alone to to some "catch-up".

I'd love to get an "early appointment" on the kneeding table, cover each other in floor and roll around a bit for old time's sake.

Should I get any bakery action, I'll pass along an update.

So instead of using her hands to work men's bodies, she uses them to work dough now eh? ;) Well, at least her skills came in useful ...

Seriously though - I'm sure it'd be cool to drop by there and just catch up for real. And if anything happens - so much the better (for you that is).

Good luck!

This type of thing has got to be one of the biggest fears that a 'retired' SP has. This lady has moved on with her life and you wouldn't know what her circumstances are. My take on it, I wouldn't be striking up a conversation with her about the good 'ol days. Best bet, have the lady bring it up. If not, steer clear and be content with the knowing smile you get when you see each other.

Sounds like she's cut out the middle "man". It was probably all about the dough from the beginning.
