Hui Shi on Bayfield has been bringing in some new faces lately, quite nice overall.
252 Bradford also has a relatively new crew, haven't been to Hart St. in a while although I understand Maggie and the girls are still there.
IMHO there won't be a lot of mileage if you're a newbie but after a few visits the comfort level will rise depending on how you interact at any of these places.
