I think this is the guy.....seems like an ambitious money hungry dude. I wonder if the gun is in parts, is it a firearm? I guess the magazines alone are contraband.

yes its considered a gun even in parts the black parts on the left are frame/receivers the licensed part of a gun, while you need to do some work to finish them they are considered at that stage a NON gun in the US but a gun here and while you can import them you need several permits and a license.
I'm curious to see how much time he gets if convicted will it be enough to deter others from doing the same thing?
