Big deal, in "Greek Town" in Detroit, the news had video of rats running around the restaurants over 10 years ago...and there was a few places, not just one :p

Rat problem downtown, possibly. I have seen a rat running around the dinning hall at an upscale restaurant on south side Elm Street a few years ago while dinning. Sometimes even with a clean kitchen those little fuckers could still sneak in .

As for C town, city could only reinspect according to complaints. If the kitchen is deemed to be clean, nothing more they could do really.

But that rat shot at citynews is classic.

From now on--all city hall pass inspections sign will be hung on a window, so as to never have a rat standing right next to the sign :p

Sometimes it doesn't matter how clean your establishment is, vermin will find a way in. Rats and mice can squeeze through the tiniest openings. Most of the businesses on Yonge St and on Bloor/Danforth along the subway lines have this problem. Have you seen the number of critters running around in the subway stations at track level?
As for the chinese restaurant, isn't this the year of the rat?:rolleyes:

I waited for my food order in a Chinese restaurant and I saw a big sewer rat enter the restaurant. I don't know maybe the little furry needed to take a leak.

Another restaurant I 'd been had a big rat on top of the TV,maybe replacing those rabbit ears.
