As the title states. Use this as a guide to keep the poll as accurate as possible:
Skinny – thin waist 32 inches or less. I do not go to a gym more than 2 days a week.
Athletic – thin waist 34 inches or less. I go to a gym 5 days or more per week and eat healthy.
Muscular – avg waist 36 inches or less. I go to a gym 5 days or more per week but could use some toning up.
Thin – thin waist 35 inches or less. I do not go to a gym more than 2 days a week and I eat anything I want.
Big – waist size 35 inches or more. I do not go to a gym more than 2 days per week and eat anything I want.
