Rate for Incall Rental?

I e-mailed a provider a while ago for an initial inquiry about rates/restrictions. When she got back to me she quoted $x for her donation and a $40 fee on top of that for the "location rental rate".

As it turns out she didn't offer the type of session I was looking for so I won't be partaking but I had never seen that before. Anyone else?

If they're renting an AirBnB or a hotel or something, then they probably split the cost out over the number clients they expect to get in a day.

I think it's more likely that she's renting time from a colleague who has their own permanent incall space.

Yes, this is normal. Not everyone has a permanent incall space so rent from others and $40-50/hour rental is pretty standard in Ottawa. I’ve rented or lent my space at times.

Most build that cost into their fees; however, I can see reasons for setting it aside, particularly to explain why a prebooking and deposit is necessary.

room fee means that person is renting from either someone known to them who has the space to host or sometimes ads will pop up where guys will say they have rooms to rent out to the girls. Although I haven't seen that in some time since the days of CL and BP. $40 is the going rate, that's what I used to charge a few years back. Cheaper than a hotel and supplies are usually provided.

I've never once heard this. Personally I wouldn't go for this upcharge. I find Escorts that quote all inclusive rates are more attractive.

Ottawa base.
As Ruby said 40/50 an hour is fairly common for rental fee in Ottawa between those share between workers. However its not common to add them on top unless this provider normally only does outcall, you are the one requesting a specific location (lets say Kanata over downtown
But as other pointed out...its not common someone will say its an extra x per hour, unless its outside her regulars hours or the lilel

Any provider that explicitly identifies a surcharge for an incall needs seriously rethink their marketing strategy.

Any charges on top of their regular donation for incall should only be for extra services and not for service location. For outcall, it’s understandable given the extra travel cost and time.

It would become ridiculous to start seeing incall providers suddenly having different premiums depending on the quality of the incall. When a provider sets their donation rate, they should fully account for the profit that they expect to make after deducting all expenses. A client need not know of their operating expenses. That is just common sense. I don’t think one needs a business degree to know that.
Agree 100% !!

Last time I saw that, I just rented a hotel room. A little more expensive but, in the end, she offered to extend an extra two hours...at no charge...in exchange to keep the room as an incall for the night.

I only had time to stay an extra hour but, for lack of a better description, she made that extra hour the best sexual hour of my life. A couple items on her restrictions list (cimsw and greek) were suddenly requested by her...what an amazing afternoon.

Before anyone jumps on me for receiving services that she said were "no-nos"...I repeat, she initiated. In conversation before leaving she said she loves those in her personal life but refuses professionally...too many are too rough with anal and, apparently, sometimes cum tastes pretty bad depending on her client's diet.

I have no problem with a provider requesting a deposit in order to cover the incall. It makes sense to me in order to cover her costs as some ppl no show. However, if a provider chooses not to require a deposit or the financial bit has been taken care of, it is completely unnecessary to discuss the expenses. That is the cost of doing business and should be factored into the rates.

There are some providers for whom outcalls are more advantageous & cost-effective and so their pricing is flipped from what you’re used to seeing: outcall fees are built-in and the incall fee is additional. It’s just a different business model and nothing to get upset about. I doubt there are more than a small handful structured this way.

However a provider sets their policies, they probably have a reason and if it doesn’t suit you, it’s probably not for you but to reach a different market.

OH FFS.... I can't believe some of the comments on this. A lot of reputable providers have different rates for in-calls versus out-calls. I have never heard anyone complain about that.

The fact that the provider disclosed outright that she was charging more for an in-call because she had to rent the space to me is a very transparent and honest way to do business. Some may choose not to pass the cost on to the client, but in this case she decided to do that and was up-front about it. If the extra charge for the in-call bothers you than find another provider. Otherwise suck it up buttercup and pay the extra and stop complaining about what is a non-issue. She up-charged and explained why.

Its BS like this that gives clients a bad reputation, and unfortunately we all get lumped into the same group as those complaining about nothing. If you don't want to pay a deposit, then find someone else; if you don't like an up-charge for a service, then find someone else; if you no-show without a reason and get black-listed then find someone else; if you can't find someone else then grab some lube, and old sock and tune into Pornhub. But please stop creating issues where there are none and implying that the provider is doing something wrong when in fact she is being completely honest and transparent.

Absolutely 'on spot'. I'm in a lifestyle position where I mostly enjoy outcalls (to my 'incall' of course). This comes after learning to be selective and booking only outcalls with ladies who have proven by means of an incall that they are all they advertise and that they will show up on time. Several lovely ladies who fit this bill have told me that, but for concern about their safety and security, they actually enjoy outcalls as a change. Performing an outcall means they may not have to pay a rental fee if they pay for their incall on a 'per use' basis. If they have their own incall apartment and try to maintain discretion, it means they give it a break from traffic. Also, incidentals such as cleaning linens and refreshments are handled by the client. Of course, an outcall ads the cost of transportation and their time traveling to/from the outcall (both modest if the distance is minimal). On this basis, a few of them actually charge less for an outcall, or don't charge anything extra for transportation/travel time. Consider it a different take on UBER Eats.
