For how good the players are just go to the local high school champions and hire their coach. He is used to dealing with adolescents.

They have to be careful they don't overhype when they hire someone. This team needs a lot of help, talent as well as coaching.

I honestly am open to almost anyone. (Carlissimo better not be an option as he sucks. Should have stayed at Seton Hall.)
Definitely need an experienced NBA coach preferably with a successful history. Has to be able to put a defensive program in place.
When you watch the quality playoff teams you realize how much of the game is defence.
