Anyone ever try downloading a file from this website?
I click on the free user option, I wait 25 seconds (or so) and then the page reloads but it just takes me back to the original page and there is no download link.
What am I doing wrong?
I tried using IE (older version - 7) and Firefox and disabling my firewall but it still doesn't work.
