I would just like to thank Microsoft corporation , their automatic update service just shut down my computer to instal a couple of more or less useless upgrades to my system.

In the process they killed several hours of design work on an invitation, it managed to kill it at just the worst possible time so I have to go back to the beginning to rebuild the design the autosave saved the old version.

If Steve BAlmer is reading please feel free to come over and I will discuss this personally, unfortunatly for you the baseball team just got the new bats for next season , they delivered to them to me.......

the problem was I had changed a digital image and the system took over before the new image was saved it hit at just the perfect time to totally screw things up, the irritating thing is the " upgrades" are for a couple of things I never use.

Why don't you set it for custom install, and then you can easily discard most of the worthless crap anyway and ask it to never suggest them again....

If I was a little more confident in my abilty with the computer I would. I can rebuild a Hemi but I cant get this damn thing to work the way I think it should......... which now that I think about it is probably part of the problem.

Now where did I leave that hammer??????????????????????

You're going about it the wrong way scaper...

If I was a little more confident in my abilty with the computer I would. I can rebuild a Hemi but I cant get this damn thing to work the way I think it should......... which now that I think about it is probably part of the problem.

You just need to find yourself a geek to help you out with such things...
