Hah. I got a couple of suits made by ...er.....and "outfit" of the same name, but based in Bangkok. (sorry couldn't resist). My suits weren't very good. They looked good at first, but I think they used cheap padding in the shoulders etc, and after a short time they looked...I don't know how to put...schlumpy. But hey, this is probably a different company, so maybe they're good.
I don't know about Raja Fashions, but I can give props for mytailor.com who does make the trip to Toronto every 3 months. But you have to know what you want (i.e google for attolini, huntsman, canali and zegna for examples) and direct them accordingly. I have over a dozen shirts from mytailor.com and am quite happy with their work. To find out when's their next scheduled visit, check this out.
Generally I'd avoid any tailor in Thailand, with the exception of Narin tailors.
