Simple little button near the top says...."Search"
when pressed it gived the option of "advanced search"
When you put in Rachel and high light the Ottawa area to be searched...the secone post that comes up is.....

thanks for the search tip, but the question is about whether anyone has booked with her for her upcoming trip which I believe begins today. In the past, there have been EC visits to Ottawa that have fallen through for various reasons. I was checking to see if this was going to be another one of those. Should have been more specific in my first post.

I booked with Rachel for today. Received no word on location. E-mailed for info, but got no response. I asked them to phone me with the location because I had to hit the road to make the appointment on time. I drove an hour into downtown Ottawa and waited for a phone call. Nothing. When I returned to work, there was an e-mail waiting, telling me that Rachel hadn't arrived in Ottawa. But the e-mail wasn't sent until the time my appointment was scheduled to begin.
They are apologetic about it, but that doesn't change the fact I wasted a good share of my day. A phone call would have been nice.
