Neal Adams died on April 28, age 80. He was arguably the greatest comic book artist of the Bronze Age, (1970-85).
I have original copies of these three, but one is in rough shape and another was repaired with scotch tape on the spine. My copy of Detective #407 has Neal's autograph in blue ball point pen below the indica on the splash page.
The modern version of Batman in comics and films is still Adams' version of the character.
