If "Banned" appears underneath your handle on TERB, does it mean you can't post, can't send or receive PMs or all three. "Leyla's eyes" is "banned", but she posted a response to my post and when I went to respond to her response with a PM, there was a message which appeared that said she either had chosen not to receive PMs or couldn't. Please bring me up to speed on the nuances of this Board.

She may have put the "banned" subtext there herself as a joke. It could be a leftover from the last time she was banned, though she has since ben reinstated. she may have been banned and is still able to somehow log in and post due to technical failures of the board's software.
