Quick Question About The Training Of Firemen

Not sure if anyone here could help me but I had a quick question.

I know that during police training the recruits are trained and take all sorts of tests to insure that they can deal with victims and people they come in contact with when they get a call, whether it be a building security guard, building management, etc.

I know they are trained for dealing with victims I'm just wondering if there is any sort of training for firemen for people they come in contact with when they are sent to a call.

Yes its called pre-service. Multiple colleges offer the program.
