Question to all who will listen

I'm very new at this and am very aware of scammers and other horror stories. This site has helped a lot already.


I once had a situation where I was supposed to meet with someone and sent me a photo to confirm and she was very patient with my questions. The thing that stopped me from seeing her is that she showed up in a car with two guys in it.

I ended up cancelling because i got really nervous, she never saw me though. Is it normal for some of the girls to get a lift from 2 guys and have them wait there?

looks like you did the right thing to cancel. could very well of been a setup for a robbery of some kind.

i've never had this happen to me, having 2 guys in the car when they arrive, and would of done the same thing you did if i did witness it, unless of course its someone ive seen at least a few times prior, and no issues.

all i can say is, do research big time who you want to see, im my mind, twitter is the best place to browse, dont always trust leolist, tons of scam, bait & switch on there.

you can try and search for the lady here on terb, you may find some info and mix reviews... some say she was great.... some say shes a waste of time, so do research as much as possible. especially since your new to the hobby.

no problem.... once again.. probably the best thing to do. if no reviews on here, usually a red flag, majority of women are in some shape or form are on here in some point. but some have asked about someone, and nobody replies.

It isn't uncommon for a pimp to have another loser friend with him while they're running girls.
I've seen it more than once. It's boring af driving someone around and waiting in the car.
So while you cancelled being nervous about robbery or something else. Which is fine, it was probably just something a bit more normal in this... Industry.

I did not have any interest in finding out. They were both big guys, that's scary enough.

That's always my concern. I'm basically an asshole and don't like to be taken advantage of so I don't take shit, which is totally the wrong approach in those situations.

The only reason I'm still alive is because I was very fortunate on many levels and on so many occasions, but not because I'm anything bearing a martial artist. Far from it.

But, now I realize the error of my ways (not that my attitude has changed) and I screen carefully, then tread with a wary outlook for a TOFTT so I don't get myself stabbed or jumped.
