Question for the ladies with SO's or husbands

While the general concensus among hobbyists is that bbfs with an SP is taboo, I'm wondering how the SO's and husbands of SP's feel about engaging in this activity.

I know a few Sp's who are married and have conceived children with their husband while continuing to work as an escort. As such, is the issue of increased risk a major concern for them??

Personally, while I would have no problem dating or having a serious relationship with a lady who works in the field, when it comes to bbfs, I'd be a bit apprehensive.

Any comments, ladies??

My SO and I sometimes do bare back the only reason being is that I am competely safe and although the risk is higher because of my job I have trust in my judgement.
