Well even the doctors can't agree on this highly controversial issue (lol) so I'll only give my own experience and maybe others will add to it.
It's not a case of having a "dry" vs "wet" orgasm, it's internal and external - both are wet! If you've ever had say 3 or more fingers inside a woman when she has an orgasm, you've felt the shock waves that happen inside, everything pulses and there's a gush of fluid but all inside.
