Question about toy use during sessions (specifically pegging)

Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, just looking for some answers/advice to some questions regarding toy use during sessions.

I've noticed that some providers list pegging/strap-ons among their provided services. This is something that's peaked my interest, but I'd prefer to clear up some things before I approach an SP regarding this subject.

1) Am I expected to provide my own "equipment"? Some SPs who provide pegging show off their collection of toys, but not all do. If they say they do pegging, is it safe to assume they provide the toys or no? (I understand this could be YMMV, I'm just looking for a general idea)

2) Is it safe? I assume the SP would wash the strap-on after use and/or put a condom on the toy, so I'm not too worried about hygiene. Still, does anyone have any experience with the cleanliness of this practice, and what's your advice if you have any?

I would suggest you always bring your own toy not only for hygiene but also you want to ensure that it is a size you can handle.
I think generally speaking it should be clean when using one of their toys. For their own sake I can't imagine they would want to store an unwashed dildo that's been in some random guy's ass. But how good of a job they do in cleaning it can never be known. Definitely have her put a condom on it if you have to use hers.
Some girls may prefer to use their own harness for their own hygiene. If they do use one provided by you, don't object if they prefer to keep on their underwear.
Are you new to pegging or new to doing it with a SP? If the former, underestimate how large you can take. Start small and don't jump for the type you see in porn. Work your way up if you want but too large too soon will not be an enjoyable experience.

My opinion only. As far as I'm concerned, it's too much of a pain in the ass... (pun intended... )

Hepatitis C is a real bummer and poop is an excellent vector. Even in hospitals, where they sterilize endoscopes and other tools, they sometimes end up with some poorly sterilized equipment that does spread deseases to other patients. Anything plastic or scilicone is somehow porous and can develop minuscule cracks, making it impossible to wash 100% sterile.

Sooo... Best thing is to bring your own. Or at least use a condom on it but remember, when you wear a condom on your dick, you'll notice if it gets degraded or broken but the "tool" won't feel a thing so, you'll never know until it's too late.

I would suggest if you are worried someone doesn't have toys to just ask if they do. I carry a variety of sizes from beginner to Very Large.

2)
I wrap all my toys & after use fully wash and disinfect too, this is the common practice. Even if someone "preps" there can still be bacteria. If you are worried about it you can always bring you own toys too
