Question About My Driving Record

I had a convo. with an insurance broker today and she said that there seems to be some mistake on my report stating that I was at fault for a previous accident and monies were paid out to me as well, which is totally not true. She also told me that because I didn't pay for the report she could not send it to me and she could possibly lose her license if she did.

So I was wondering which "report" I should order. I already have an abstract of my 3 year history but this accident was 4 years ago.

Ask the insurance broker which record they need ? I think it would be copy of accident report as driving abstracts dont show claims or accidents, might be wrong tho

I got a letter of experience for the broker, but they still want my old company to clear this up.
I want a copy of the record stating this untrue info though, but I'm not sure which one to purchase lol

So you would need a record showing what the old company paid you—which you say they never did—and for what. That accident/claim reportwill either show an obvious error that everyone can see such as a garbled plate number, a name like yours but a different address or vehicle etc., or you'll have to match the report against other evidence that proves it cannot be right even though it looks fine.
