Took my chances on this one tonight.
$60 for 1 hr, spent 40-45 minutes on a pretty decent massage.
Tipped her $40 on my way out, though by the way she handled the situation I'm really not sure this is expected. She just went about cleaning up the room while I was getting dressed and leaving, actually had to go out of my to get her attention before walking out, and then she seemed to think I was trying to pay for another session and bemusedly told me to go home (it was 10pm). When I indicated it was a tip, she seemed more appreciative than I'd have expected.
The woman herself was a reasonably attractive Asian lady in what I would guess is her mid 30s / early 40s. Saw another on my way out fitting the same description. It should go without saying in these places, but the pictures in the ad have no relation whatsoever to this location. Unfortunately I did not get a name for any comparative purposes.
To head off some expected questions, she did not undress, and I did not touch her. I did not get the impression either was an option, but nor did I make any such requests. I also do not know if anything else I did not mention is available.
Edit: One complaint / thing to note. The ad contains the line:
Free Parking, Free Shower, Free Tower and Free Drink ...
There is parking, and there was a water bottle on the counter I presume was for me if I'd wanted it. But I don't know what "free tower" is referring to, and if there was a shower, I was not made aware of it. It certainly isn't in the room, and I left the place still being more than a little oily.
