They don't hang in the city. They hang at Cap Tourmente. They are white and we have a LOT. People gather to watch then fly away every year.

We also rarely have murder there. Maybe less than 5 a year. Plenty of place for homeless to be help and relocated. Qc city is still under a million people. We are not overwhelmed like here.
