Publishing rates in ads

There seem to be a few discussions lately regarding rates. I don't want to start the discussion on what is reasonable because that comes down to everyone's own personal comfort on what they charge vs what another is willing to pay.

My question, is why so many don't put thier rates in thier ad? For me, knowing the rate up front would help me decide whether or not to contact someone. I really don't want to was thier or my time if the rate is outside of what I would entertain. Would this not reduce the number of "tire kickers"? I am honestly curious.

For me I love seeing rates in an ad, on tryst or at least a link to a website where I can find them 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am someone who LOVES to read, see photos & social media on the person I’m booking before messaging … but that’s just me

Love information & when I can get most my questions answered on my own

A snap shot glance taken 10 minutes ago as a “snapshot” in time would suggest better than half on LL post a rate. Not sure if the ad back end makes it appear necessary. Tryst I’ve found always has the more legitimate ladies and reflects, at least anecdotally, a higher bar to advertise there (with the exception of one who many have posted about her scam where a Kijiji ad slinging bf appears) and those ads almost always post a rate or website with rate and more.

I prefer clients go to my website and read it before reaching out. I offer a variety of rates and services so would have to basically respond with all the text that’s on my website anyway. There’s other information on etiquette and policies I need dates to read.

I’m also trying to avoid especially lazy, low investment guys who see pics and rates then proceed to write 10+ girls concurrently thereby wasting all of our time. I would rather wait for a great gent who has made the effort to read my website and do research before reaching out and present a request to book in advance.

All that being said, I also entertain last minute dates and a few questions for those who can be succinct and responsive. In these situations, it makes much more sense to quote individually once you describe what you’re looking for 😊

If I am initially interested in the ad I will check out the website if the provider has one. I consider this pretty much the same as posting the rates in the ad since I can find out on my own. It is a little frustrating when a provider includes a Twitter or Instagram account that has no rate information.

Similarly, I really wish that providers would include their incall location in their ads. Obviously, I'm not expecting a street address, but at least a general area of the city. (E.g. West/Kanata, South End, Airport, Orleans, Downtown , etc.).

I'm generally only interested in something on my side of the city, unless seeking out a specific provider; I often am not up for a 45 min drive across the city and hate fighting downtown (seems to be either a love or hate it with many people).

It's frustrating having to play the message game (which can often be a slow process) just to find out the provider you're interested in is further away that you'd really like.

There a few ads that do disclose the location, and some LL ads have the "approximate location" map, but the majority seem to not include this rather vital piece of information.

And to @Theredmilf's point, I have no problem getting this info from the provider's website if they have one.

I'll second this rather than rates. Having an idea of an approximate area makes both the providers and the client' a life so much easier.

I will third this. If there is no indication of location I pretty much won't even reach out. Even something as general as "west" or "downtown" is fine.

Problem is...the rate isn't always the rate. Sometimes they run older ads without updating their rate, or simply advertise a lower rate than they actually charge, just to reel in the business. I always insist they verify the actual rate by text.

I know that no matter how much info they put out there, there will always be timewasters and idiots but I still feel that a lot of providers aren't doing the most they can to avoid them.

Things that should be included:
- Accurate/recent-ish pictures so that there are no surprises when meeting
- Length of stay if you are visiting the city
- Rates
- General Location (hotel or private should be mentionned and just saying East/Downtown/West is probably enough)
- Mention of extras/restrictions or menu items that are not the norm
- Website or twitter/x account which provides further info/pics and helps establish legitimacy

If anything above isn't included in the ad, I'd hope they provide it in their initial reply.

Things that should be avoided:
- Your vast collection of sex toys. (I never understood why they do this.. I think its not as common lately but still)
- Bad grammar (Maybe this is just me but if you can't write correctly you're losing points)
- Those weird "cum 2 me baby" type play on words (It's been done to death at this point)
- Changing names and phone # frequently (there are legit reasons for this but also a pretty big red flag)

I'm probably missing something but yeah... I find it rare to find an ad that is "complete" and it causes me to sometimes skip completely or have to ask questions and that's time wasted for all of us.

ads should provide absolutely as much information as possible - up front
this is the advertisement of services - so it must be complete and comprehensive
this is also the first impression being made to a prospective customer - so make it a good one
obviously, rates are something that must be included
bottom line - nobody has endless hours to spend, combing through the plethora of ads, to find that shiny needle in the haystack
we have to be able to determine if the person is real/fake, in our price range, in our area, etc.... the more info, the better
unfortunately this is not the case, with too many games being played, and a lot of "oh i will tell you that information later", or ymmv, or "come and see" lol (asian ads)
fun fun fun

Also to avoid...the pointless script fonts that are almost impossible to read. Using a special font is not going to make me reply to your ad, but not being able to read it will make me not reply.

I to often wonder why they don't post in their ads the rate, approximate location, and hours of work. Often the ads will also request that contact only when ready to book or that timewasters will be ignored or block. It's a waste of my time and yours if I have to ask those questions only to determine it isn't going to work. Had the info been forthright, I would then make the decision on whether I'm serious and ready to book.

Of course more info the better + IG link + X link +...

But my ATF only had a brief summary about herself (name, age, breast, butt, lips, hair) and that was it!
