Subways and tunnels: A Fordian Analysis

Is Rob Ford's desperate(some might say petulant, tantrum throwing, denied child-like,) dream for subway trains going through tunnels just a manifestation and extension of his repressed childhood sexual urges?
If so, is it really necessary that the whole City of Toronto has to be constantly subjected to this sexually repressed man-child and his unfulfilled sexual urges?
Repressed sexual urges and Terb do go together. Join the board Mr. Ford and give the city a f*ckin break from your 'penis and vagina' sexually repressed urges.
The repressed man-child now exposed: "It's all about repressed childhood sexual urges., that's it! Everywhere I go, everyone I talk to, they all say 'we want you to stick your penis in a vagina'. I got a penis in a vagina mandate. So I don't get to stick it in? It's like(garbled)......it doesn't make sense."
