I've received a couple of cold calls in the past 2-3 days about "provincial incentive(s)". What is this all about? Is it another scam?

I think so IMO. Took the call until they said they don't want any banking info and then they said where do I want the $80 some dollars deposited. I need to give them my account # ............ yeah right
