My prostate was removed due to cancer and erections are back to pretty much what they were pre surgery. Interested in resuming massage parlour visits but nervous about explaining the lack of ejaculate. I know many SP's english is pretty good, but a fair few seem to struggle to understand much past ..slow down. The thought of explaining why i'll orgasm but not produce cum is anxiety producing. Any tips or strategies?

Just tell them you had (cancer) surgery and there's no more cum since the surgery. Simple enough they should understand. BTW, sounds like you were fortunate to get your hard-on back since that surgery, from what I understand, is only about 50-60% successful for this to happen. And congrats to your surgeon too.

News to me. Just curious here, but are you experiencing the sensations of an orgasm but without the cum? You really don’t owe anyone an explanation, but go ahead and try if you like. Or an extra tip at the end of the session might reassure the provider you were satisfied, if that’s important to you.

You are lucky. A friend had his prostate removed and he lost erection. On the plus side, his insurance paid for a penile implant lol
Question: did it take some time for erection to return or it came right away after the surgery?
I had my prostate removed eight years ago. In most cases, I explain that I can come but cannot ejaculate. Most seem to understand and are curious about what happens. Many masseuses are happy that there will be no mess. Some with poorer English just smile and get on with the job.
Thanks! , I am in my 50's so the recovery was a little easier, plus a great surgeon, and pelvic floor coach. Was probably 12 months till the erections were useful but as mentally tough as that year was, if the alternative is death, i'll slog through the process!
It's hard to describe but it does feel like (what I remember) a normal orgasm is, but just no ejaculation. I guess i just need to be honest with them and take it form there.

While it isn't an absolute guarantee, it is highly likely men will develop prostate cancer if they live long enough. Autopsy studies show that between 50% and 80% of men who reach age 80 have cancer cells in their prostate.
Most of these prostate cancers grow so slowly that they never cause symptoms or impact a man's lifespan. In these cases, men die with prostate cancer, not from it.
In contrast, only about 1 in 8 men will be clinically diagnosed with the disease in their lifetime. For most, it remains an asymptomatic presence that requires only active monitoring.
I'm over 60 and my PSA is within the safe range. I've had a vasectomy and I don't produce 1/2 the amount of ejaculate that I once did. Not sure why that is. Erections are still rock hard and orgasms are as powerful as ever. I can still cum 2, sometimes 3 times without losing my erection. Only there's far less cum. Not worried though.
Good information for us oldsters. Flomax, which is supposed to assist BPH, also causes what is caused retrograde ejaculation, which means no visible shots when you come.
