Do pro photographers and tv cameramen use waterproof equipment in case of rain? what kind of weather can stop them from doing their job.

Sometimes all you need is the shower cap that hotels provide when you're shooting on the road. They cover many pro cameras perfectly. Lenses are another story...

Yeah, so like, it's the OJ simpson trial, his lawyer is on the steps about to make a big announcement, and all the major news agencies are thinkin' "damn it's raining, so much for covering the biggest story of the decade...".

Dude, haven't you ever seen those extreme weather shots of the reporter standing in the middle of a hurricane getting blown all over the place while street signs and small cars blow by? Or those blizzard shots where there is snow piled up on their shoulders while giving the latest low down?

So you're saying that if you get sprayed with cranberry juice they will cover up? (lol).

Ocean Spray is doubly dangerous. You don't just have the moisture factor but the salt factor as well. Salt will corrode all the components very rapidly.
