I can't watch youtube videos (network connection problem) and I can't download apps from the google app store (it says downloading but it doesn't do it). Anyone else get the same problem? Any idea on how to solve mine? I tried cleaning the data and cache but it doesn't work. I'm thinking about doing a factory reset. I'm just worried that it won't accomplish anything and I'll use all my apps.

I got my 4.3 update 2 days ago. I'm not having troubles downloading or updating apps from playstore, but quite a few people seem to have this issue. one suggestion that has worked for a few people is to sign out of your google account and sign back in...doing so won't lose any contact info etc.

as far as Youtube goes I have the error connecting issue when i open the app, but if i do a youtube search or click on one of my subscriptions it's working, then when i go back to main screen with the youtube recomendations it's all fine.

there have been a few far more serious complaints from some including dialer not working, touch screen not working, not able to get beyond the boot screen and overheating.

I guess 4.3.1 will roll out soon and serves as a reminder that we shouldn't always jump on an update as soon as it's available, but to wait a bit and see what issues are reported.

this applies to Apple, Microsoft, Blackberry and Android as no one seems able to get it right first time out.
