Problem In Browseing BlackBerry Of Rogers Wireless Since Yesterday?

Is anyone finding problem in Browseing internet on their BlackBerry Bold with Rogers Wireless Connection, i am getting errors on my smart BlackBerry Bold
Is it from the Server Company, mostly in Peel Region

They've been having Global outages since this morning.

Problem seems to be on RIM's network locally. I've been having some difficulty browsing last night. Non-BB PDA's don't seem to be affected.
