It is all in the editing and slowing down, context. There are professionals out there who look for this type of stuff and to use it. I am not a fan of the subject in the video, but I don't hate him either. I think we all have to take this type of stuff with a grain of salt especially when it comes to politics on either side of the Border. I am sure there are those who disagree with me and I am happy there are......as this would be one boring world if we were all the same.....now......that being said!
