I AHVE BEEN TRYING TO GO AFTER THE PPOLS FOR THE LONGEST TIME.... HITTING IT ONLY ONCE FOR 800$ ON HOCKEY

I ahve always missed one or two game sfor large paydays like 30K, 70K etc...

Needless to say... Well I am in DIRE NEED TO HIT IT ONE DAY...

SO... This upcomming weeks College Bowls pools....

14 games - Sales close Dec 28 @ 11:59 PM....

I have devised a "System" if U can call it that... BY if U want to box more then 4 games @ the cost of $80... U can box 5games @ 160, and MY FAVOURITE -- Box 6 SIX games at $320-

Any STONE COLD LOCKS in the college bowls??? Again to just WIN the game... No pint spread involved... SOUNDS EASY.. BUT how tough it can get... I am thinking of "KEYING" or "SINGLING" the following games... Sides

PURDUE - MARYLAND ---- PURDUE ( IAHET MARYALND, ALWAYS SEEM TO COST ME LOL!!!!)

NAVY BOSTON COLLEGE ---- BOSTON COLLEGE

TEXAS IOWA ----- TEXAS

BOISE ST. - OKLAHOMA ----- OKLAHOMA
LOUISVILLE - WAKE FORST - LOUISVILLE (WAKE FOREST TO COVER)
LSU - NOTRE DAME --- LSU (???? SCARY)
FLORIDA - OHIO ST. -- OHIO ST/

THAT IS SO FAR 7 OUT OF 14 GAMES... NEED ANOTHER SINGLE TO MAKE MY 6 TEAM BOX SYSTEM WORK... OETHERWISE TO BOX 7 GAMES PRICE BECOMES 640....

PLEASE POST YOUR THOUGHTS/OPINIONS...

On A 6 Team Box..... You Must Make 4 Separate Tickets....

Box 4 Teams On Each Ticket ($80) Plus "box" The Other Two Teams On The Other For Tickets....

For Example.... Game 1 = Box
Game 2 = Box
Game 3 = Box
] Game 4 = Box
These "boxes Appear On All 4 Tickets
Ticket 1 V - V
Ticket 2 V - H
Ticket 3 H - H
Ticket 4 H - V

Comprende>>>> ??? Understand???

I too have been missing by 2 games. But I've never boxed any of my tickets before. Since you brought this up, how does the boxing work? Do I pick both V and H for one game if I want to box?

Exactly.
Boxing one game costs $10,2 games $20, three $40 and 4 costs $80.
So basically, the boxed games are pretty much "gimme's" or "free-be's". Correct?
So... Say in a 16 game week, if I box 4, then it'll actually be a 12 game week, but of course at the cost of $80, correct?
Is that $80 on top of the $5 or $80 period?

Thanks.

I don't know about anyone else but I always seem to box games where I had a good feeling about eventual winner anyway.

I'm surprised at claims of continued success of picking 12 of 14 on a regular basis - this certainly has been the year of the dog - with a lot of dog's winning outright - I wouldn't have thought this posssible at least on a regular basis but if you are my hats off to ya - you should go to the nearest sportsbook with a wad a cash - you'll make a small fortune.

Actually, I am up on winnings this year in hockey, bball and football. Plus, I'm not afraid to pick dogs in propicks. There's a big difference with putting down $5 to win 5 digits and putting down $100 on one game. The fear factor isn't there with pro picks.

By the way you describe your boxing system,it sounds like you're implying that you can box more than 4 games per ticket. This is not the case however. Pro Line Pools only allows you to box 4 games per ticket. In essence, you could box all the games in the pool(at an extremely large cost to you) with a number of tickets, though, you can only box 4 games on any single ticket. Looks like Maryland did it again, kicking the crap out of Purdue. Purdue cost me earlier in the year, and they cost me a couple of bucks yesterday. Took the tie on Proline. Just needed that for a winning ticket.
