Very sad, and I hope she beats it. I like the way her and William represent Britain and the Royal family. Classy.
Wish her well. Chemo is real hard on body.
The press needs to back off and let them have their privacy.
I was wondering why the media has been hounding her down lately.

She's stiil young and hopefully should be able to recover fairly quickly. That doesn't make chemo any less scary though. I had my own health issue where my doctors told me to deal with it sooner than later even though it was "benign" today. A benign issue today can be more serious when you're older because the body can't recover as quickly.
The type of cancer she has has not been revealed. I wish her well, with hope and a proper diet she can defeat "la brutta bestia".

I'm not a royal follower. I can't stand Meghan Markle. The only reason I know anything about her is because for a while, the press couldn't go a fucking single day without a headline about her.
In contrast, I really like the Princess of Whales. Class act. I remember seeing a short feed where someone gave her an apple, and she dropped it, but picked it off the ground right away and still took a bite out of it and showed her appreciation for receiving it.
As well, despite her massive wealth, she was relatively austere as far as aristocrats go.

My neighbour used to walk with her husband in front of my house everyday. Looked healthy. She almost passed out driving one day and went to emergency. Tests revealed stomach cancer had spread to lungs, brain, everywhere. She was there when they declared Code Blue. She was gone within 12 hours.
So recovery by Princess of Wales is not a foregone conclusion. Depends how far cancer has spread.

Not a Royal person but wish anyone fighting cancer the very best. For some reason my hobby Twitter feed is full of toxic conspiracy posts about her cancer video which is appalling.
