I was thinking about changing phone and internet providers and just received some promotional mail from Primus. Is/has anyone used them? If so what are your experiences?
Phone seems OK, unlimited long distance in Canada is a great perk but internet can be good one minute then bad the next. NEVER got anything near 5 Mb/s that they claim is possible though.
If you don't use your land line a lot and you have a cell phone as back up, the Primus TalkBoardBand is a good option. I've been using this service for over a year now. It is reliable as long as you have good Internet service. It has a lot of features included in the basic service which is less than $20/month.
Used Primus Talk for aver 3 years now. It's good, but you need a dependable internet connection. I have trouble with my Microsoft router and Rogers cable internet service together. i like the price, but there are weekly issues.
