Prigozhin's successor and 80+ Wagners machine gunned in Mali

The new top commander of the Wagner Group (took over after Prigozhin), Anton Elizarov, confirmed to have been killed by Tuareg rebels and al-Qaida in Mali together with 80 of his soldiers.

Unconfirmed reports say about 80 Wagner terrorists were killed. The Mi-24 helicopter escorting the PMC convoy was also shot down. Part of the Wagner was taken prisoner, and negotiations are underway for their ransom. One of Prigozhin's former commanders, Elizarov (Lotus), may have been in the convoy during the ambush in Mali.
