Generally speaking, prices in Toronto are in the $200 to $350 ballpark, with the average rate being $225 to $250 per hour. Keep in mind, these are of course Canadian prices, so if you're looking for a US comparison, it works out to roughly $160 greenbacks.

IMO, even if you figure in the cost of travelling, accomodations etc. if you're a serious hobbyist, you're still far better off visiting the "Great White North" than paying $500 US ++ in places like Nevada.

In terms of who to see, I can recommend some agencies to you. I'd go with Select, VIP, Allison's and Hollywood for starters. I've also heard that EC is shaping up their act as well. I'm not qualified to comment on other agencies in the area since these are my mainstays.

I notice, however, that women of Canada
do not do a lot of self-promotion, in comparison

Hi gambler. As the good Doctor points out, prices are lower in Canada then down there. Within Canada, prices are generally lowest in Montreal (though quality remains high). Do we argue about prices? Here on TERB we`ve had a few "spirited discussions" weighing the pros and cons of rates of certain SPs. Generally though everyone charges more or less the same price, so it`s not really that much of an issue.

Ladies who promote themselves on TERB are generally frowned upon. A shill post is spotted more or less immediately and the originator of the post is often subjected to less than kind comments. Although advertising (on this site and others) is OK, shameless self promotion is not. I suppose this is just one of the differences between Americans and Canadians in general.

Doc already covered the good outcall agencies; you won`t go wrong with any of them. If you`re looking for incalls, do a search for Friends or Oasis. My personal favourite is Friends. You can also check out these sites:

Nevada Ranches

Gambler, thanks for the link, but I don't think that the brothels in Nevada are good deals. I can see that if you are on a business trip, or that if you are on a family vacation and have shuffled the family out to see Hoover Dam for the day, using the ranches may be convenient. To fly there just for the ranches is not worth the effort, IMHO.

For me to fly there, get a hotel, and then rent a car to drive an hour to the ranches to spend $400 means that I'll blow $1000 U.S. all together for one hour of sex. I can just as easily fly to Toronto or Montreal and stay in downtown. I don't have to rent a car because I can have the women come to my room and because I can walk to all the cultural attractions and restaurants. Of course, the economics work only if the agency fees and exchange rate stays where they are.

The Travel Channel recently had an episode on the Chicken Ranch. It didn't look all that appealing to me -- just a bunch of trailers stitched together surrounded by a fence. The interior didn't look all that hot either. Also, the gals make you go through a "menu" as most things are extra on top of the house fees. Sheesh. It's easy to blow $400/hour on girls who are at best a 5.

why we don't self promote

I think many of the girls don't self promote because this is not the forum for it. If you call some of the phone lines, or go to places like the red zone you will see many more of these type of ads. However Fred has done a wonderful job keeping this to a "review board" and discussion forum. Though we don't have as many of the cum see me ads here in Canada they are out there. You just need to look in the right spot, I'm sure the guys could point you in the right direction. A lot of the girls on this board tend to be a little softer spoken and discreet. Maybe it's a Canadian thing.

To clarify a point...

...I do not endorse those "cum-see-me,"

over the last four years. Most parties were
