Pretty disappointed with PS today

Waited a long time to see Victoria. So I was pretty excited ? to book a session with her today.
I get there, I'm in the room and a girl walks and tells me that the receptionist made a mistake and Victoria was not available. Gives me an option to take another girl that was nice but definitely not Victoria's caliber.
I was ready to go and after waiting a week... I went for it so Mr. Happy wouldn't be so disappointed.

It could be an honest mistake or bait and switch... But no matter this is strike 2.

Given that he got to a room and there is a receptionist. I think it's quite easy to figure out it's a spa.
Further investigation, there is a Victoria at Paradise Spa.

I had a similar issue in the past week. I have seen Victoria several times in the past, with no issues. Always a good time.

I called to book an appointment with Victoria, showed up paid the door fee, and went to the room. As I stepped out of the shower the receptionist entered the room saying that Victoria was not feeling well, and showed me the book of who else was available instead. A refund of any kind was not immediately offered and I was asked to pick another attendant.

Either way, if you pay for someone up front, the first thing that the receptionist should say in this situation is that a full refund is available. That should be obvious, and you would think this is how they would be trained. When that does not happen, it is only natural that clients "wonder" if anything shady is going on. I will leave it at that. It's very possible that had I asked or haggled, I could have received the door fee back. But the onus should not be on me to present that alternative.

I saw Eden, and the session was good. The other awkward thing with this situation is that it forces you to choose a "Second" best choice that day, and you know the attendant knows you would have preferred seeing someone else that day. It's a situation I would prefer to avoid.

On the bright side for Paradise, I have enjoyed my last 2 sessions there with Lisa and Eden. Lisa is as described on their web site, pleasant conversation, a little softer than her pictures in the mid body. But the session was very sensual and she did her best to make sure I had a good time.
