Okay guys and gals, here's something that popped up in another thread:
What do you do to prep for an encounter?
Does it change if the encounter is somehow special? Like someone you've been trying to book with and really, really want to see and it's finally happening, or a duo, trio, etc.?
What's the pre-game routine?
For me, if I can, I prefer the home shower 2 hours before. I really scrub all the naughty parts, close shave, check nails, etc. If I can't because I need to be out and about before hand, I still do all that at home, and then a quick touch-up shower at the incall. Of course if I don't know the SP, and she doesn't know me, if she asks I'll do the quick shower regardless.
For food, usual breakfast (cereal) and if it's an early afternoon rendezvous (my preference) skip lunch or have something very small and light. Full stomachs are not conducive to a good session, imo.
One other thing I started doing, and need to stop doing, is have a cigarette. I quit several years ago, and now only have the occasional one. But since I just started hobbying a couple of months ago, and I was really nervous on my first few appointments, I would have a couple of cigs beforehand. And then there's the waiting for the go-ahead to go upstairs. Having a smoke while standing around outside is less innocuous than random lurking.
It's only a few cigarettes a week, but still, I shouldn't be doing it.
