I learned something weird in the past year. This situation has been around since the beginning of time. Only during the 70's it went from 20 % to 45% I believe this. The reason is the pill, but that is my guess and location , location. and timing.

I met a guy who at first he believed he dated half sisters with out the women knowing this. He decide to introduce them, after meeting they decide to do a DNA test. They had the same father. Imagine if they didn't do a test and their children met and had "fun" ( half cousins ) or had kids.

Who do you blame the father or the mother that fool around?
It seems both mothers were already married so the conclusion is that the mothers were nymphomaniacs.

In the prenup my first line is...

If we have kids I want a DNA test done right away no matter what is said. Test results is more truth than words.
If you come to me with children under 18 I want a DNA testing. I don't want future drama.

WTF does any of that have to do with a prenup???? A prenup is a pre-marriage separation agreement. Not a contact to force DNA test. You want one just go get one with your kid when it is born. Why make things so complicated?

This raises an interesting question. What happens if you find out that your wife has given birth to another man's kid?

This may be happening more frequently now than ever before given how promiscuous women have become.

What are the legal obligations of both parties?

Considering the legal system and it's ability to shift the goal posts, toilet paper is much more useful than a prenup.
