Potash in the news again. Wants to merge with an Israeli potash company.

I still don't understand why Bill Doyle walked away from $45million when he killed the bid from BHP. Would you walk away from $45million?

The BHP bid was never going to happen because of Canadian political opposition. Good time to buy this stock at $40; headwinds are due to lack of a price contract with India and China. Apparently this will get done before year-end.
